James Briggs is the man the kids around West Greenville call Snack Daddy. Along with the shaved ice, pork skins, pickled pigs feet, potato chips, ice cream and other treats, he eases in a little sermon. Just a word or two to those who look like they might listen.

Although you see him around Greenville, he lives in Liberty, and he drives a route that takes him through Easley, Clemson, Anderson, and other areas.

It's possible the old truck shown here has been replaced. If you see him around town, flag him down, order something and say hello.
