Artist Statement:
I am a unconventional classical artist. Often considered a pirate artist because I seem to paint against the trend and tide; I defy definition, or at least, once defined, I change like a chameleon. I create a reality, I create an emotion, and I create them realistically, using tools not considered "artsy" like an airbrush, or blending the media so that they are undefinable and unified.  Usually, paint is the media of choice, but I will use whatever means necessary to achieve the effect desired ...whether it be oil, acrylic, airbrush, charcoal, ink, pencil, or a combination of any and all. High quality craftsmanship, thoroughly researched concepts, and powerful application are the hallmarks of my work.
