Artist Statement:
My work uses various traditional forms and concepts, which I desire to connect with a particular image, emotion, or idea. I enjoy the process of taking a simple lump of clay and transforming it into something that has form and beauty. I desire to reflect the beauty of creation, while allowing the viewer to connect on a personal level with the pieces.
